"We welcome you to the Truffiere at Robertson. The farm is in the ‘Green Heart’ of the Southern Highlands. Situated in a picturesque rural setting on 75-acres, Robertson Truffles is 2-hours south from Sydney. Guests will arrive and be greeted with the warmth of an open fire... Incredible interest has built in recent years about Truffles as people become more aware of them... With 15 seasons of excellent harvests behind the farm and numerous successful truffle hunts, we certainly are in for some tasty treasures... Refreshments on arrival, information session, Truffiere visit and Truffle dog demonstration with an introduction to the unique flavour and mystical aroma of fresh truffle tasting delights. This is an opportunity to gain first-hand experience with these underground treasures"
